The 10-year-old surprised me this Christmas with a hand-made gift under our tree.

She was so excited for her little handmade treasures to be opened by the family: A pencil holder for Dad, a “Keep Out” door hanger for little brother, and a very lovely necklace for Mom.

I love that she spent so much time and thought on each of her gifts – made our Christmas all the more special!
