Magic Marker Monday — Glow Worms…

It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child.”

I decided to try something new in the crafts department with the kiddos – I signed them up for 6 months with Kiwi Crate.

They were so excited with our first crate that came this past week! It came with their names on the box and featured “glow creatures”. They decided to make the glow worms first.

The glow worms turned out pretty cute, and it was so nice to have all of the craft materials and clear directions all put together as a kit. These were actually made from glow-in-the-dark socks, poly-fill, self-adhesive googly eyes, rubber stretch bands and fabric pens.

The crate for the month also contains materials for a second project (racing glow-jellyfish) and simple instructions and templates for a few more crafts from household items.

We’re already looking forward to our next craft day!

Note: No compensation or incentives were provided by Kiwi Crate for this post – Just a heartfelt review by a happy customer!
