It happens every year. At some point in April, I start realizing that school is finally going to be over. And I love that!
This week is the end of school for us, and we’re up to our eyeballs in finals, papers, and turning in supplies.
I get giddy about summer.
Even though we don’t really do much.
I love the smells, sights, and sounds of summer. I love the pool. I love the longer days. I love lightning bugs (even though we don’t have them here). I love sparklers.
I love watching my kids experience it.
So…what do you do for fun in the summer?
